Our program is based on the development of all the Athletes and Coaches in an association as they progress through the years. From Novice to Midget. We strive to not only promote high level skills on and off the ice but also create an atmosphere which promotes the Association and creates pride in representing the Association. 

The Hockey environment at all levels is constantly evolving in Canada and worldwide. All Minor Hockey must evolve as well in order to meet the challenges now and into the future. 

There is a real and immediate need to design and execute development plans within Minor Hockey Associations that addresses today's environment, offers the parents value, and offers clear and consistent player development at all levels while promoting loyalty within the Association and a solid sense of community.

The plan must include all the pieces necessary to ensure the execution of a hands-on program that offers players measurable and continuing development and develops coaches within the association.

● To aggressively meet the short term and long-term needs and development objectives of the athletes.

● To offer Associations value that is transparent and measurable.

● The implementation and management of a player development program succeeds in getting players to the next level.

● The creation, implementation and management of a coach’s development system that shows both short term and long-term results.
