This program only has limited athletes on the ice for each session in order to maximize the teaching and the reps.  It is a completely skill focused program designed to take players to the next level. Be ready to work.

• Developing players is not based on the number of hours you spend on the ice. It is based on high repetition - High Tempo work designed to turn skills into habits. 
• That is why in our ice sessions have a low ratio of players on the ice to ensure a lot of reps for the players to create those superior habits that truly develops players.
•  Our High Intensity ice sessions are skill focused sessions based on high tempo, detailed drills that challenge the athletes to get to another level.   
• We employ cutting edge skating, passing and shooting drills and instruction that take the athletes to another level. 
• We  believe in short interval and long interval multi-directional skating drills that challenge the Player while increasing their strength, balance and stability.
• This includes custom designed technical skating drills along with puck and movement skills all designed to increase physical speed of play and increase the mental thought processes needed to think the game faster by making it habit. 
• We as well have individual off ice talks with each player to create and reinforce a joint program to achieve the desired outcomes.
• For most the groups there is also sessions on angling and hitting.  All designed to introduce the athletes to body contact and create confidence in them playing hit hockey.
• On ice drills that work on specific Bio-mechanics that support the athletes physical development.

The first half will be high intensity drills based on focused skill development.

The second half of the session with be 4 on 4 to apply those skills.

Elite Tryout Camp Preparations

The Main focus is on development of skills to work on this seasons preparations program. This program is an intense highly focused program designed to improve skills and have players moving in a direction towards preparing their game and not only making the next level but being an impact player at the next level. 

The program adds the elements needed during the season to assist in their success.

12 to 14 players on ice.
